Shipping Safely Resumed
The health and wellbeing of our staff remains our primary concern. After temporarily suspending operations and arranging for most employees to work or take leave safely at home, we have reviewed all working practices and safeguarding measures to ensure we can recommence working safely. A small team of our most experienced staff have now resumed despatching orders whilst adhering to UK government guidelines on safe working practices and social distancing. Subject to disruption beyond our control we expect to continue providing an efficient reliable service.
Our customer service team, working safely at home, are available to take your orders by phone and email. In line with our carrier’s revised operating policies, customers must provide a delivery address, where they can guarantee someone will be available during business hours to accept delivery. Failed delivery attempts will be returned to Romo which may incur additional charges.
